The General Administration of Customs announced on January 13 that the total import and export value of China's goods trade in 2022 has reached 42.07 trillion yuan, having an increase of 7.7% over 2021.

In 2022, China's total import and export value exceeded 40 trillion yuan for the first time. On the high basis in 2021, China continued to maintain stable growth, and its scale reached a new record, which has maintained its position as the largest country in goods trade for six consecutive years.
