For other high- and medium-risk areas outside Wuhan, the circular said, enterprises involved in agricultural production can return to work or continue production in an orderly manner; enterprises in low-risk areas shall carry out the managementof restricted list when they return to work and production, and market entities not included in the restricted list can return to work and production or continue production in an orderly manner.
