Since this year, due to the adverse economic situation at home and abroad, the main revenue and net profit of China's phosphorus chemical industry fell. In order to end the "darkest" moment of the industry as soon as possible, experts attending the 7th national phosphate compound fertilizer/phosphorus chemical technology innovation (new grand) forum held in Longyan City, Fujian Province on December 15 carried out in-depth policy and technical analysis, and studied the solutions to promote the quality and improve the efficiency, transform and upgrade China's phosphate compound fertilizer/phosphorus chemical industry.
It is understood that the phosphate compound fertilizer/phosphate chemical industry of China has formed a modern phosphorus chemical industry system based on phosphate compound fertilizer, dominated by yellow phosphorus deep processing and phosphate refinement, in line with inorganic phosphorus chemical and organic phosphorus chemical. However, there are still a series of problems in the traditional phosphate compound fertilizer industry, such as low fertilizer utilization rate, excess capacity, serious homogenization, lack of independent innovation ability and power, increasingly intensified resource and environmental constraints, and fierce competition in the domestic and foreign markets. According to the National Bureau of Statistics, the main business revenue and profit of the fertilizer manufacturing industry fell by 5.3% and 18.1% year on year from January to October.
In this regard, Xiu Xuefeng, vice president of China Phosphate Compound Fertilizer Industry Association, pointed out that the industry should carry out extensive cooperation to solve the problem of high-value utilization of other resources except phosphorus in the existing process from the source; the second is to innovate the technology and research the new product of phosphate fertilizer without producing phosphogypsum. Thirdly, it is necessary to study the reasonable proportion of various phosphorus forms and their nutrient forms and auxiliaries, so as to adapt to the planting requirements of different regions, soil environment, crops and time. Fourthly, promoting the high value of phosphogypsum utilization, chemical treatment research to thoroughly solve the stockpiling safety hidden trouble.
Professor Tang Jianwei, executive dean of the School of Ecology and Environment of Zhengzhou University and editor-in-chief of Phosphate Fertilizer and Compound Fertilizer, pointed out that the phosphate fertilizer industry in China is currently facing the dual constraints of resources and environment, and phosphate fertilizer industry in China should build a new form of vitality resource material industry through the integrated development. Phosphate compound fertilizer is resource material that forms and maintains the vitality, and vitality resource material shared by crops and human beings. We should vigorously develop efficient, accurate and ecological vitality resource materials, form new forms of new high-tech industries of vitality resource materials and intelligent development, so as to "completely transform" phosphate compound fertilizer and realize green transformation and high-quality development of the industry.
Yang fan, director of Quality Construction Department of Cultivated Land Quality Monitoring and Protection Center of Agriculture and Rural Areas, discussed the development direction of the industry in view of the serious acidification, salinization of cultivated land, uneven soil nutrients, thinning of surface layer and low organic matter content. Wang Chen, Deputy Secretary General and Chief Engineer of China Phosphate Compound Fertilizer Industry Association, communicated with the participants on the high-quality development path of the industry from six aspects including industrial background, overall thinking, development direction, main objectives, key tasks and promotion measures.
Zhao Bingqiang, researcher at the Institute of Agricultural Resources and Agricultural Regionalization of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences argued that phosphate and compound fertilizer industry should change product structure, to speed up the value-added fertilizer industry development of zinc corrosion of acid and urea alginate, and predicted that value-added fertilizer production will reach 50 million tons per year in China for the future 10 years, the application area will reach 1 billion mu, and cereals will increase 20 billion kilograms per year becoming the new economic growth point of phosphate and compound fertilizer industry.
