Ministry of Commerce preliminarily concluded that imports of n-propanol from the United States had been dumped, and that the domestic n-propanol industry had suffered material injury, and that there was a causal relationship between dumping and material injury. Ministry of Commerce decided to impose provisional anti-dumping measures in the form of margin on the products involved. Starting from 18 July 2020, importers shall provide the customs with a deposit in accordance with the margin of dumping of 254.4% to 267.4% determined by the ruling.
